Going Forward

At Admiral, we continue to search for new business opportunities to make investments. We have plans to expand our capital investments and property investments portfolio by acquiring steady-income yielding assets. Our primary focus in the coming years will be on the development and acquisitions of real estate assets, with emphasis on residential buildings, hotels, resorts and commercial space.

We aim to become a niche developer of high quality and value for money properties. We see tremendous opportunity for specialized properties in Thailand, especially in rental apartments, serviced apartments and hotels in and around Bangkok, as well as niche, boutique and theme resorts in the popular seaside resort towns in Southern Thailand.

We also look for opportuntities to invest and create new developments in emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region, with keen interest in India, Indochina, and Australia/New Zealand.
